gautam ghosh didnt approve my blog
did u know i left a comment regarding this on gautam ghosh's blog. but until now he hasnt approved it. may b he only wants comments in favour of his and will not approve others.

Jobseekers must know the truth behind Gautam Ghosh’s claims on NDTVJOBS
I recently came across a blog where a management consultant was furious over a job portal that had published his article in its website. The management consultant was Gautam Ghosh (believe me I had never ever heard of this management figure earlier), and the job portal was NDTVJOBS (at least I knew of NDTV). The hullabaloo over the issue forced me to check the website.
Yes, the website had included articles that were published simultaneously at other websites and blogs. But at no place has NDTVJOBS denied the fact that these articles are written by other people. And I think that the main purpose of ndtvjobs is to provide information to its users. Getting users comment is secondary to this main purpose. First, the content must be found worth commenting by the user and only then he will comment. So using quality content from other places is no problem. And NDTVjobs is actually not the first one to do this. There are many websites that do this. And this is also seen as good by the search engines.
Second is the issue of registering to post a comment to any article. Yes again, it requires the person to register with the website to perform this task. For people who don’t want to register to one more job website, this may be a problem; but not for a jobseeker. And believe me this job portal has tried to be unique. This website is promising to match you to job with more than 1,50,000 Rs per annum. As far as my research of the job market goes, no other job websites except NDTVjobs give such a promise.
And according to an insider report, NDTVjobs is soon going to remove this limitation of registration from commenting to its blog section. So for all those people who are finding not only jobs but good jobs, ndtvjobs may be the destination.
